Francisco Morales
Francisco Morales is an Assistant Professor at Universidad de los Andes, Chile. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Francisco's research looks at the intersection between innovation and strategic human capital. He studies how firms can benefit from managing their talent and employee collaboration in a global environment.
Francisco's research has been presented at several international conferences and published in prestigious management academic journals. His research is currently funded by a grant from the Chilean National Agency of Research and Development (ANID).
Francisco teaches management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has taught courses in the United States and Chile.
